The Sunny Cowgirls

It sometimes seems like The Sunny Cowgirls have risen straight from the warm heart of Australia. They radiate sunshine and that dry, laconic Aussie sense of hunour. Sunny Cowgirls Sophie and Celeste Clabburn are the first to admit that they need a little dirt under their fingernails to create their own very special brand of music. "The songs we write come from a very special place - we are always inspired by where we've been and people we've met. If we stay away from the bush too long, we find we just cant write," said Sophie.

Recognised nationally as one of "the hottest country groups" going around,The Sunny Cowgirls will be appearing at the 2011 Red Hill Country Music Festival on 9th January. The Girls will perform songs from each of their four albums they have released since they started out in 2005.The Sunny Cowgirls really sing up a storm wherever they appear, and we're going to be in for a real treat.

Prairie Oysters

These blokes certainly know how to have fun and that key ingredient has endeared them to friends around the world with their down to earth sense of humour, and a set of strong original and cover tunes which blur the lines between country, bues, rockabilly and rock 'n' roll.
