Of Lucky Country, Toyota Star Maker winner Bob Corbett says “Lucky Country is a celebration of the things we take for granted here in Australia. I’ve been hearing a lot of criticism lately and I felt it was time to share my ‘glass half full’ view of this country of opportunity. When you hear the song I’m sure you will agree that we still live in a Lucky Country”.
Bob Corbett wrote Lucky Country on Boxing Day after spending a Christmas listening to people complaining about the state of Australia. Their comments really bugged him. He needed to write down the fact that you wont find a place like this anywhere else in the world. Bob wrote straight from the heart a fun-filled reminder of why we are so lucky. Enjoy!
