PETER COAD & THE COAD SISTERS are one of Australia's most popular family touring act with 30 years experience as fulltime entertainers in the music industry, the award winning trio, Peter, Virginia & Lynette deliver a vibrant "full-on" country music show of original bush ballad material, plus yodelling, bush ballads, and multi-instrumental favourites.

Long time recording artists with much success to their name, PETER COAD & THE COAD SISTERS career appearances range from the Birdsville Races, the Sydney Opera House to the USA.

PETER COAD was awarded an OAM for his services to Australian Country Music.

UNITED STATES TOUR

In 2011, the show toured the U.S., highlights were performances at the Smith Family Theatre, (the biggest music show in east Tennessee,) the famous Carter Family Theatre, (a theatre built on the old Carter Family property in the Clinch Mountains of Virginia,) and a one hour live radio broadcast from Nashville beamed around the world.

JIM HERMEL & RUNAWAY DIXIE

Joining the PETER COAD & THE COAD SISTERS tour will be SA legend JIM HERMEL & RUNAWAY DIXIE.

A dynamic guitarist/vocalist from Adelaide, Jim's credits include performing with Jerry Lee Lewis in Nashville, and a star studded 30 year recording and touring career. 

Jim presents a selection of classic 1950's Rock n Roll, then swaps guitar for banjo, and, with the COAD SISTERS, as the band RUNAWAY DIXIE delivering a selection of fiery Bluegrass, Gospel and Cajun music from their award winning RUNAWAY DIXIE albums.

RUNAWAY DIXIE were CMAA GOLDEN GUITAR FINALISTS 2016, 2017 and 2018.

RUNAWAY DIXIE performed internationally at the Mississippi State Bi-Centennial Celebrations as part of the Jimmie Rodgers Country Music Festival in Meridian, Mississippi USA in May 2017.
