Biography
The Queensland based Adam Kilpatrick has an uncanny ability to entertain. Well known at B&S's, rodeos, the pub and festival circuit, Adam has spent years not just entertaining at but also comparing, organising and running some great charity and music events. Some of these include Mud Bulls & Music, Music in the Mulga, Country Comedy Show (hogs breath Tamworth festival), Nindigully Pig Races ( Flying Doctor) and Nindigully New Years (variety club).
Over the years Adam has moved around the countryside born in Victoria Australia 1975, starting school in Nauru in the central pacific and back to Australia and to country Victoria. 1995 saw a change as the Kilpatrick family moved to Queensland. With a love of music and a need to be on stage Adam joined up to a couple of the many country music clubs in Queensland Northern Suburbs CMC and Pioneer Village CMC. Rival clubs but both giving the chance to jam with and refine the art of playing music. Entering competitions and talent quests payed off when one year at the Champion of Champions competition Adam won a scholarship to the CMAA college of country music.
Adam released his first EP "BIG MAN" after graduating from the CMAA college of country music and spent the next couple of years touring western Queensland and the east coast of Australia from the Gulf country to Melbourne.
The second EP "MODERN DAY PIRATES" followed with successful airplay around the country and had Adam hit the road again with a focus on live show album sales and focusing on the winter tourist traveling throughout western Queensland. Basing himself at the famous Nindigully Pub for the winter months, Adam played every day for the droves of tourists heading north to escape the chill.
"ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE" is the latest offering from Adam, showing a love of the west and the coast. Recorded at VIBETONE Recording Studio on the Sunshine Coast Queensland with his good friend Benjy Pocock. The new EP has brought Adam Kilpatrick into the computer age with the new and past tracks all available on iTunes and other digital outlets.
