More than a decade since Australian music icon Paul Kelly first discovered her, Katie Brianna has a bevy of new songs to sing for her audience. Brianna will launch her latest album, Victim Or The Heroine, in The Retreat's front bar, with special guests The Weeping Willows. “I’m not a regular country artist that tells stories about the land,” Brianna said. “These songs are about growing up over the last few years, and the emotional ups and downs that go with that.” The album was produced earlier this year by Shane Nicholson and has drawn comparisons to Aimee Mann.
