Together again! The Weeping Willows + Sarah Carroll, Ukulele Queen of the Bellarine +Ukulele Carnivale

The Weeping Willows:
The Weeping Willows, Andrew Wrigglesworth and Laura Coates, are a couple of old souls, steeped in bluegrass tradition and draped in gothic Americana imagery. To Andrew, the acoustic guitar is the object that hangs permanently from his shoulders. Laura, for her part, stays as busy as a post-war housewife; complementing her partner's skill with a voice that ranges from sugar-sweet to evangelically piercing, whilst occasionally adding a little accordion or autoharp on the side. They regale their audience with stories of sunshine and romance, God and The Devil, murder and decay. Real music.

Sarah Carroll:
Sarah Carroll is an original singer/songwriter, well known for her work with The Junes, The Cartridge Family, The Pirates Of Beer and partner Chris Wilson, and most recently, Aine Tyrrell and Jackie Marshall. She specialises in country, but loves the bossa nova and has rhythm and blues in her heart! Sarah's music reverberates with her wide and various influences; her coastal residence, home life with family, pets and friends, touring around Australia and the USA, and many, many years in the business! She is known for her earthy, wry and heartfelt songs and calm, clear delivery.

Ukulele Carnivale:
Embracing a fresh expression of creativity, the Bellarine Peninsula based singer/songwriter duo Narelle Jolley and Susan Russell (aka Sweet Delores) formed Ukulele Carnivale in mid 2013. Narelle and Susan weave carnival of life stories of cads, gamblers, circus folk, longing, lost love, country miles and musings of beauty and wonder into songs featuring signature harmonies and subtle ukulele instrumentation.
