Eddie Nuardo is a Melbourne-based singer/songwriter who writes and performs songs in the country and folk traditions. Nuardo’s songs are based in the storytelling of both those genres, often with an idiosyncratic twist. The influence of Harry Smith’s Anthology of American Folk Music, The Dubliners, and the mighty Bakersfield sound can all be heard in his music.
