TROY Cassar-Daly will headline the 13th annual Urban Country Music Festival to be held at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre from April 29 to May 1.
Last year’s festival was cancelled in extraordinary circumstances as flooding rains swept through Queensland, damaging the festival site and forcing organisers to seriously consider the safety of patrons and performers.
Cassar-Daly will be joined by Shane Nicholson, Adam Harvey, Sara Storer, James Blundell, Amber Lawrence, Luke O’Shea, Chelsea Basham, Travis Collins and The Wolverines.
The three-day festival will feature a Bootscoot’n’BBQ concert on Friday night, while the Historical Village at Caboolture will be a country music hub on Saturday.
The main concert on Saturday night will be hosted next door at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre, before the festival winds down with the Urban Village and Urban Blaze concert on Sunday.
