The first ever and free Gold Coast Roots, Boots and Blues Fest 2018 is happening on the Great Lawn, Broadwater Parklands on July 14. The Almost Real Deal Singing Comp with Gold Folk and Next Gen sections. Live performances from the Gold Coast’s up and coming Next Gen talent. 8 Ball Aitken live on stage, getting the crowd whooping and hollering with his fusion of country rock, roots and blues. Line dancing and boot-scooting lessons and a live session to the rocking tunes of 8 Ball Aitken. Lecia Louise live on stage with her bluesin’ rockin’ guitar riffs and licks. Interactive kid’s activities on the lush greens of the Great Lawn. No need for Internet here.
